Description
A rich and savory flavor from brisket and Korean traditional soybean paste soup.

Ingredients
1 pack of soybean paste soup, 1/4 block tofu (80g), 1/2 potato (100g), 1/3 zucchini (80g), 30g enoki mushrooms, 400ml water
Instructions
1. Cut the potato, zucchini, tofu, and enoki mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
2. In a pot, add water, seasoning, potato, and zucchini. Bring to boil over a high heat.
3. Once it boils, reduce to medium heat and simmer for 4 minutes. Add the tofu and enoki mushrooms, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
