Ingredients
1 pack of soft tofu stew seasoning, 1 pack of soft tofu (350g), 1/4 onion (40g), 1/6 zucchini (40g), 10cm green onion (10g), 1 egg, 200ml water
Instructions
1. Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces. In a pot, add water, soft tofu stew seasoning, soft tofu, onion, and zucchini.
2. Break the soft tofu into bite-sized chunks and bring t boil with high heat.
3. Once it boils, reduce to medium heat and simmer for 1 minute. Add green onion and egg, then cook for 1 more minute to finish.
