Description

Ingredients
1 pack Char siu marinade (120g), 1 whole pork belly (500–600g), 400ml water
Instructions
1. Sear all four sides of the pork belly in a pan until golden brown, removing excess fat with a paper towel as needed.
2. In a pot, add the char siu marinade, water, and the seared pork. Simmer over medium-low heat for 1 hour.
3. Slice the pork thinly, arrange on a plate, and pour the reduced sauce over to finish.
