Ingredients
1 pack Otoki braised chili chicken Sauce (160g), 1 chicken (about 800g), 1 potato, 1/2 carrot, 1/4 onion, some green onion, 500ml water
Instructions
1. Blanch the chicken in boiling water for 5 minutes. Cut the potato, carrot, and onion into bite-sized pieces.
2. In a pot, add the chicken, sauce, water, potato, and carrot. Cook uncovered over medium heat for 20 minutes.
3. Add the onion and cook for another 10 minutes. Finish by adding the green onion.
