Ingredients
1 pack Dakgalbi Sauce (160g), 400g boneless chicken thigh, 100g onion, 100g cabbage, 50g sweet potato, 5 perilla leaves
Instructions
1. Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces. Slice the cabbage, onion, and perilla leaves thickly. Slice the sweet potato thinly on a diagonal. Marinate all ingredients except the perilla leaves in the dakgalbi sauce for at least 30 minutes.
2. Heat a pan and cook the marinated ingredients (except perilla leaves) evenly for 8–10 minutes.
3. Add the perilla leaves and stir-fry for 1 more minute to finish.
