Ingredients

1 pack (130g) of spicy pork stir-fry sauce, 300g thinly sliced pork (shoulder, ham, belly, or neck), 100g onion, 50g carrot, 1/4 stalk green onion


Instructions

1. Cut the onion, carrot, and green onion into bite-sized pieces.

2. Mix pork and vegetables with the sauce, and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

3. Heat a pan, add the marinated mixture, and stir-fry evenly over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes until cooked through.
