Description
An authentic Sichuan-style mapa tofu seasoning made with Lee Kum Kee doubanjiang and green onions.

Ingredients
1 pack Mapa Tofu Sauce, 1 block tofu (200–300g), 30ml water (2 tablespoons)
Instructions
1. Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces.
2. In a frying pan, add the sauce, tofu, and 2 tablespoons (30ml) of water. Stir-fry over medium heat.
3. Once it starts to boil, continue stir-frying for 3 more minutes until done.
