Description

Ingredients

1 pack (120g) Otoki Squid & Octopus Stir-fry Sauce, 1 medium squid or 2 medium octopuses (200g), 1/2 onion (40g), A handful of cabbage (30g), 1/5 carrot (15g), A bit of green onion (10g), 1 tablespoon cooking oil (7g)


Instructions

1. Clean the squid thoroughly and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Cut all the vegetables into bite-sized pieces as well.

2. Heat oil in a pan, then add all the vegetables and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

3. When the vegetables are slightly cooked, add the prepared squid and the sauce, and stir-fry quickly for 1 minute and 30 seconds until done.
