Description
Made with cocoa powder and chocolate chips, allowing you to easily make a variety of chocolate-flavored cakes.
Cooking Direction
1. Add 2 eggs to 250ml (1¼ cups) of milk or water and mix well until smooth.
2. In a mixing bowl, add 500g (1 bag) of Otoki chocolate pancake mix and the egg mixture. Mix well with a whisk or spatula.
(If you use cold milk or water, the hotcakes may not rise well, so use at room temperature for best results.)
3. Put a slight oil on a preheated frying pan and wipe off any excess. Pour the batter into the pan to form a round shape and cook over low heat for about 1½–3 minutes. When bubbles form on the surface, flip and cook for another 1½–2 minutes.
4. For even tastier chocolate pancake, serve with Otoki cake syrup.
