Description
A soft and chewy mini doughnut mix you can easily make at home.

1 egg, 75ml water, 24ml of cooking oil (4 tablespoons), mixing bowl, whisk, frying pan
Cooking direction
1. In a mixing bowl, add 1 egg, 75ml water, and 24ml (4 tablespoons) cooking oil. Mix well until smooth.
2. Add 240g (2 bags) of donut mix to the egg mixture from step 1. Mix with a spatula or your hands for about 2–3 minutes.
Shape the dough into small balls about the size of a quail egg (about 10g each, roughly 2cm in diameter).
3. Pour oil into a frying pan to a depth of about 2–3cm and heat to about 170°C. Add the dough balls and fry for about 4–5 minutes until golden brown.
Tips:
- Add the donuts in two batches for best results.
- Stir the donuts gently while frying to ensure even cooking.
- Mix the donuts well with sugar or topping of your choice after frying.
