Description
Otoki's Traditional Nurungji, the freshly cooked rice is grilled on a cast iron plate using the traditional method, creating a deeper, richer flavor.
Cooking Direction
1. Pour 500 ml of water (about 2 and 1/2 large cups) into a pot.
2. When the water boils, add 60g of nurungji.
3. Boil for an additional 5–7 minutes. (Adjust the cooking time to your preference.)
