Description
Korean style scorched rice "nurungji" crispy and delicious snack for everyone.
Freshly cooked rice grilled on a cast iron plate for a richer flavor and better texture.
Cooking Direction
Using Hot Water
1. Place one pack of nurungji (60g) in a deep bowl.
2. Pour 400ml (about 2 cups) of hot water over the nurungji.
3. Wait for 3–4 minutes, then stir well before eating.
For enhanced flavor, enjoy with kimchi, pickled seafood, or seaweed as desired.
Using a Microwave (700W)
1. Place one pack of nurungji (60g) and 400ml (about 2 cups) of water in a microwave-safe bowl.
2. Heat in the microwave for 3–4 minutes.
3. Stir well and enjoy.
