OTOKI ensures everyone’s safety – being located in the pristine region of New Zealand., One of OTOKI’s overseas subsidiaries, OTOKI New Zealand had established its factory in 1995 while began the operations in May 1997. In October 2024, with the aim of expanding its global business, the English corporate name was changed to OTOKI NEW ZEALAND LIMITED.
The purpose of establishing OTOKI’s overseas subsidiary in New Zealand was to produce healthy and fresh beef materials and beef-related products. New Zealand is considered a paradise for livestock farming, with 30% of its land covered by forests and over 50% used as farmland. Its fresh pastures, long hours of sunlight, mild climate, and abundant rainfall create an ideal natural environment for livestock.
Additionally, in New Zealand, only young cattle aged between 18 and 30 months are slaughtered, accordingly, there have been no outbreaks of diseases such as foot-and-mouth disease or mad cow disease. This is naturally achieved thanks to the strict livestock management system of the Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) and the livestock industry’s commitment to the principle of natural pasture feeding.
OTOKI New Zealand uses this high-quality New Zealand beef as raw material to produce beef bone extract and beef extract, which are used in OTOKI’s products such as ramen soup, beef bone soup, seolleongtang, oxtail soup, galbitang, and yukgaejang. Additionally, OTOKI New Zealand manufactures sauces and mayonnaise, supplying excellent products not only to overseas Koreans but also to local markets utilizing OTOKI’s technology.

OTOKI Vietnam was established in Vietnam in 2007, completed production facilities, and conducted its first test production in 2009.
Built on over 33 thousand square meters site in My Phuc Industrial Complex in Binh Duong, it started with vinegar production in January 2010 and continued to expand its horizon by producing tomato ketchup, gold mayonnaise, honey mustard, sauces, and dressings
In addition, through import of ramen, tuna, sauce, seasoning, and noodles from Korea and China, it is pioneering the Vietnamese domestic market by promoting the excellence and exotic flavors of Korean foods.
Also, it also serves as a raw material base for supplying tropical fruit puree and pepper made from fresh and delicious tropical fruits to Korea.
OTOKI Vietnam is the first overseas corporation launched with both sales and manufacturing available and will expand its scope not only to the Vietnamese market but also to all of Southeast Asia in the future based on OTOKI's advanced technology, quality, and diverse products.
It has established a sales network in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi to import and sell various Korean products, allowing Vietnam customers to enjoy the excellent taste of Korea, adding variety to the Vietnam people's diet. -
